Shipping Policies

Epasar Delivery Service (Add-On)

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock or discontinue at the time you place your order, we will notify you accordingly.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses (business or house) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Any shipments outside of Phnom Penh, Cambodia are not available at this time.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [5] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) and Saturday (9am to 12pm). Please note the time of delivery is subject to changes during public holidays and Sunday. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Delivery Attempts

We will attempt delivery maximum two times as per agreement made between us and the client (via phone call). For any fail attempt, the order will be returning to our warehouse or our vendors. For any frequent fail delivery attempts caused by the client, Epasarcambodia delivery team has the right to refuse the delivery request.

Shipping Cost

We offer a competitive shipping rate to our vendors for any shipment within Phnom Penh. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page or through an email or phone call. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

If order is placed from our non-members vendor; vendor will contact you for shipping cost and their delivery policies.
